 On Sunday I firstly went to the kidswear show of Jourmain. I brought my little neighbor with me and she was really populair at fashion week. Many people took pictures of her for their website or magazine, so I decided to post her pictures on here and show you guys a bit of her style. India is five years old and a little diva.. Her jumpsuit is from Zara, her sandals are from Zara, bracelet from Bikinibiza and her little basket from habibah kids. I hope you guys like her as much as I do ;-)

Get festival-proof with Style Papillon!// Street Style #inspiration

Nederlands: Joehoe! Weer een street style artikel, en elke keer als ik naar street style artikelen kijk val ik weg in mijn eigen droomwereld als street style fotograaf op pad gaan in Milaan. En ik weet dat dit zeker niet de beste kwaliteit street style foto's zijn, maar ik ben zestien jaar oud en onderweg naar perfecte fotografie. Om heel eerlijk te zijn, zou het vreselijk zijn om alles perfect te doen en desalniettemin is dat mijn streven. Soms zijn mijn gedachtes, ik doe dit gewoon snel want perfectie is gewoon saai. Dan is er geen uitdaging meer en je doel is al bereikt.

Het leuke aan deze foto vind ik de fel gekleurde sneakers en de schattige ruffle sokjes in de sandalen. Echt heel erg leuk en comfy voor festivals, zo krijg je geen koude voeten in de avond en het ziet er nonchalant, maar ook doordacht uit. Ook viel me op dat alle vier de meiden een eyecatcher dragen, dit kan een opvallende print zijn, een kleur of een ketting. Hun haren zijn perfect in model en dat maakt het plaatje compleet! Wow, ik kan niet wachten tot mijn haar weer gegroeid is.

English: Joehoe! Another street style article, and every time I take a look at street style articles I start dreaming again of exploring street style in Milan. And I know these are not the best quality street style pictures, but I am just a sixteen year old who is on her journey to perfect photography. To be honest, it would be awful to be able to do everything as perfect as possible and nevertheless it's my goal. Often my thoughts go like let's do this just quickly because perfection is dull and boring. The challenge is gone and your goal has been reached.

The best thing I liked about this picture are the bright coloured sneakers and the adorable ruffle socks in the sandals. Its very cute and comfy for festivals, you will not get cold feet in the night and it looks casually chic. Another thing I noticed was that all four girls were wearing some eye-catching, this could be a statement necklace, print or color. Their hairs were perfectly styled and the picture was completed! Wow, now I can't wait till my hair has grown.

Nederlands: Ik had een aantal enthiousiaste reacties op mijn street style artikel! Jullie vonden het erg leuk om eens een keertje te kijken naar iemand anders' stijl en hoe ik mijn mening daarover geef. Deze twee enthiousiaste meiden heb ik gefotografeerd op een festival. Zoals jullie weten ben ik een enorme sneakerjunkie en vind ik kokerrokken ook erg leuk. Dit leren exemplaar in combinatie met lage converse vond ik erg leuk! Ik zou het zelf ook dragen. Pantherprint is niet echt mijn favo printje, vooral niet met een statement ketting erbij.. Maar zij kan het prima hebben! De jurk met de split is simple but effective en perfect voor een festival.

I photographed these two enthiousiastic girls at a festival. As you all know, I am a big sneakerjunkie and I am obsessed with pencil skirts. This leather edition in combination with low top converse is definitely something that I would wear. Pantherprint is not really my favorite print, especially not with a statement necklace... But she can totally rock it! The maxi dress with a split is simple but effective and perfect for a festival.

Street Style// Festival #3

Nederlands: De street style foto's pakken heel goed uit! Het is een soort van vervanging voor mijn eigen outfits zolang ik geen tijd heb om outfit foto's te maken. (En echter binnenkort zullen komen!) Ik ben nog steeds volop aan het experimenteren met mijn blog en vind het leuk het een en ander volledig te veranderen zo nu en dan. Ik ben nog maar 16, dus het zou wonderbaarlijk zijn als ik nu alles perfect deed en zo groot was als bijvoorbeeld Style Scrapbook of Song of Style. Ik ben er zelf ook van bewust dat er veel meer ontzettend goede blogs zijn van jongere mensen en ik weet ook precies wat mijn verbeterpunten zijn. Alleen... Tijdgebrek! De laatste zes schoolweken is nog even hard bikkelen en dan ben ik zo goed als terug. 

English: I get many positive feedback on the street style pictures I posted on my blog! They are like a replacement for my own outfits, since I have hardly any time for this right now. (I will soon!) I'm stoll fulltime experimenting with my blog and I enjoy changing things sometimes. I am only 16, so it would be a miracle if my blog would be perfect and be as big as Style Scrapbook or Song of Style. I know there are fantastic professional blogs of younger people and know exactly what my weak points are and how I can improve this. My only struggle is... Time!

Six weeks of hard working for my last weeks before the summer vacation and I will be blogging a lot. 

Street Style// Festival #3

Nederlands: Ik ben een enorme perfectionist en kijk dus ook erg vaak naar kleine details. Zoals wat voor knoopjes er op een blouse zitten en het einde van een schoenveter dat matched met kleine details van een broek. Deze man viel me heel erg op. Niet alleen omdat hij gewoon ongelooflijk tof is, en niet te vergeten deze geweldige print op de opvallende blouse. Nee, je moet Zoë heten om te zien dat de kleine stukjes groen in zijn sokken terug komen in zijn blouse en dat maakte deze outfit af. Gelukkig heeft hij de rest rustig gehouden zodat de blouse opvalt. Wat vinden jullie van deze outfit?

English:I'm an enormous perfectionist and have always eye for details.fot example the buttons on a blouse or the colour of the aglets. This man really standed out. He wasn't even extremely dressed or something. I fell for the little matching details in his socks that matched this fantastic blouse. You have to be called Zoë to recognize this. I just simply love this outfit. I'm glad he kept the rest of the outfit simple, so the blouse could stand out. What do you think of this look? 

Street Style// Festival #2

Nederlands: Een paar weken geleden op het Pacha festival heb ik haar gefotografeerd. Niet alleen omdat ik dol was op haar hoed, maar ook omdat ze een geheel eigen karakter uitstraalde. Ik fotografeer mensen meestal niet alleen om hun kleding style, want de kleding van iemand anders hoef nieteens mijn style te zijn of iets te zijn wat ik zelf zou dragen. Het gaat om het totaal plaatje en zij straalde dit uit. De off-shoulders tops zijn deze zomer helemaal in op festivals en de grote flaphoeden blijven gewoon onwijs tof en maken je outfit af!

English: A few weeks ago on Pacha festival I photographed her. Not only because I loved her head, but also because she has this personality she showed. I do not only photograph people because of their style, because I would not wear someone else's clothes. It is about the whole package, something that would fit their personality and people like looking at. The off-shoulder tops are hot this summer on festivals and the big flappy heads complete your outfit!

Streetstyle// Pacha festival #1

Nederlands: Ik ben een onwijs grote fan van street style fotografen als Scott Schuman (The Sartorialist), Garance Dore en Peter Stigters. Ook vind ik het heerlijk om foto's van festivals als Coachella, Buiten Westen en meerdere festivals met toffe street style te bekijken. Dit keer ben ik zelf op pad gegaan om leuke outfits te ontdekken! De eerste foto die ik maakte was deze, hij is ietwat over belicht maar dat maakt hem eigenlijk wel leuker. De zon maakt de foto extra zomers! Lange rokken en dierenprintjes waren erg populair op Pacha dit jaar. Ook heuptasjes komen terug in allerlei varianten! Wat vinden jullie van deze outfits?

English: I'm a huge fan of street style photographers like Scott Schuman (The Sartorialist), Garance Dore and Peter Stigters. I also enjoy looking through pictures of festivals like Coachella, Buiten Westen and more to look what people are wearing. This time I was the photographer and went to look for some great outfits! The first picture I took was this one. The picture is a bit over lightened, but that's actually what makes it nice. The sun gives that extra summer feeling! Maxi skirts and animals prints were a huge hit this year on Pacha. As well as the waist bags made a comeback! What do you think of these outfits?

Street Style: Chloe Sterk

Can I please tell you guys how much I adore this babypink jacket of Fashionista and blogger Chloe Sterk. I saw her in the lounge of Marie Claire presents SIS by Spijkers&Spijkers and really had to take a picture. Chloe Sterk is one of my favorite Dutch bloggers. I have been following her blog for so long and she has grown so much the past few months.

Street Style Rotterdam: Lisa

A street style picture. This is something I normally wouldn't do, because I am scared people will refuse me. I did street style once in Amsterdam. Yeah, I did meet some great people but not everyone said yes to me. Some were scared  (just like me haha) but there were also some people who reacted very enthiousiastic. That's why I wanted to continue shooting street style pictures. This is a picture I shot of a friend of mine. I really like her style and I'm so in love with her green hat from the Bijenkorf. Some day, one day. I will be the new, dutch, female Scott Schuman. For now, it's only in my dreams.

Street Style: Vogue Fashion Night Out

Yesterdaynight I went to the Vogue Fashion Night out Amsterdam with my friend Boutaina and we had a lot of fun! I've seen so many things and didn't take as much pictures as I expected I was gonna make. Anyways, I made a few street style pictures of people who looked great! Avi's amazing clutch!

Hey guys! As you all know, I attended the Supertrash Girls fashion show yesterday at the Amsterdam Fashion Week. After the show I saw some amazing outfits! The first are Su and her mother. She's a really amazing girl with a great sense of fashion at age twelf. (Check out her blog on www.su-lovely.blogspot.nl ) I spoke with her a lot yesterday and I also like what her mom was wearing. On the second picture you see me with Bastiaan van Schaik. He wore a very simple outfit, with normal sneakers and a basic white t-shirt, but with a lovely big eyecatcher! His animal-printed bag which I am in love with. The following pictures are some other people I took pictures of. I really liked their style and what they were wearing. And on the last three pictures you see me with Avi Ramdin. I got interviewed by him and I loved his dared outfit as usual. Especially his clutch where I had to take a picture of!
