Kayla Itsines Introduction


Hello guys! In my previous post I told you that I was going to participate the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide and would update my blog on the progress I am making, some tips and tricks, motivations and recipes. So, here it is! My introduction post. 



Kayla Itsines is a bikini body trainer for women looking to get fit and live a healthier lifestyle. She published some e-books. I bought two of them. The first bikini body guide (there is also a sequel) and the nutriens guide, where she is giving healthy recipes. I will not be doing the nutrien guide, because I like experimenting with healthier food by myself. The reason I chose for the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide is because I have been following her for a while on instagram. She posts a lot of girls who are currently doing the guide or just finished and their progress pictures. This is very motivating, because you can definitely see major changes. She helps you to lose weight in a healthy way and get you fit. Every first day of the week you have to make a picture of yourself. After a few weeks you can compare these so it will be easier to see the progress. 


The guide is for 12 weeks and includes cardio, ab-, leg-, arm- and butt excersizes. You can do them at home, because there is not a lot of space required, but some people do it at the fitness. I hope you guys are excited as I am and I am very curious if I would succeed. :)
